Review: A Quick Bite by Lynsay Sands

A Quick Bite is Lynsay Sands' "first" Argeneau book. (Technically, it wasn't published first, but it was written as the first in the series.)
In A Quick Bite, Lissianna is a vampire who faints at the sight of blood. Some vampire, huh? (Hahaha) She had a traumatic experience when she was a child that made feeding hard for her. Hard, because, how do you drink your blood if you faint at the sight?
At Lissianna's birthday party, her mother has a surprise for her. It's waiting in her bedroom.
Meet Dr. Gregory Hewitt, you can call him Greg. Greg treats people who are like Lissianna. No, he doesn't treat vampires, but he helps people get over their issues so they may live a more normal life.
Marguerite, Lissianna's mom, had kidnapped Greg. She thought that would be the best birthday present ever! So, Marguerite brought Greg home and tied him to Lissi's bed. What a surprise, huh? Don't you wish your mother was as thoughtful?
Greg decides to help Lissianna. Her mother kidnapping him wasn't her fault, and, if he was being truthful with himself, he just wanted to spend more time with the compelling, beautiful woman.

I love Lynsay Sands. She is hilarious! All her books, no matter what she is writing, is full of humor. Her Argeneau series is amazing as well.
